Max's All Stars win Summer 2011 season finale

Max's All Stars finished the Summer 2011 Basketball City Tuesday East A-Division season on a high note with a 78-65 win over the defending Spring champions, NECO. Former Hofstra forward and current New York Wizard, Darren Townes, played for NECO and had a good game. However, Max's All Stars were at their strongest with a lineup featuring Troy Whittington (26 points), Josiah Peay (who scored 6 points in his debut for the team), Earl Mills (6 points), Marvin Billups Jr (6 points), Branden Gibson and Eric Olsen (2 points each) joining regulars Patrick James (13 points) and Corey Orgias (17 points).
